Who we are
The purpose of Democratic Women’s Club of Volusia County group is to share information with club and group members about events and news items that are absolutely pertinent to the club.
The Democratic Women’s Club of Volusia County was formed to bring together Democratic women in Volusia County, and to provide a forum for discussion of public matters, act upon current issues, to support qualified candidates for public office, and to encourage qualified Democratic women to seek elected office. Men are welcome as members too!
The DWC of Volusia County presents speakers and programs at our meetings to further our understanding of local, state, and federal politics and policies. Our members are active in our local community and support Democratic principles while working with elected officials and working as volunteers.
MONTHLY MEETING FOR 2020 (ZOOM Based)
Monthly Meetings will be on the 3rd Wednesday starting at 6:00 for social, 6:30 guest speaker, and the meeting starts promptly at 7:00 PM. Candidates will have the floor at the end of the meeting.
We welcome EVERYONE to attend our meetings, and we invite all Democratic Women and Men in Volusia County to JOIN our club. Membership is $30 per year.
